My lady kept my phone yesterday (because she had lots of things to do and no phone) and photographed this. But I have no idea what it is. Any ideas?

Thought the same... some weird kit car based on the beetle. Many parts are clearly shared.

Love these little 4CVs. One of the finer points of classic French motoring. Not fast, not big, not impressive but eminently stylish and very, very comfortable :)
